When is the cut off date?
The cut off date depends on how many you want to send, and when you want them to arrive. We recommend ordering before Friday the 9th of December to ensure cards will arrive before Christmas. For large campaigns, please speak to the team for a lead time estimation.

Where can I send to?
We have facilities in the US, UK and Canada where we can use domestic stamps, but can send outside of these countries with international stamps. Stamps are charged at standard rates.

Can I use my own design?
Absolutely! We also offer a wide range of pre-made designs.

How much does it cost?
It depends on how many you send. Please see our pricing page for more information

Can I see a sample?
Absolutely - you can request a sample through the live chat in the corner, or completing the form here.

Do you do folded cards?
We offer both folded cards and flat cards. The minimum order for folded cards is 100 cards.

How many words can I use?
Normally 60 - 80 words, depending on the handwriting style and stationery size. You can test if your message will fit on our platform.

How many can I send?
We send hundreds of thousands of cards every year, all over the world. If you're planning to send more than 50,000 cards, please speak to the team as early as possible so we can ensure a quick turnaround.
