Challenge
Atom Learning needed a cost effective way to reach busy decision makers - in this instance those being headteachers. They wanted to be careful and targeted with their approach, and not burn through a finite list of high-value contacts.

Company background
Atom Learning is an industry-leading exam prep and tutoring platform. Its success relies on a distribution model through schools, who are hard to serve and onboard to new software platforms.
Letterhead template formatting
It was important to Atom Learning that they were able to produce a folded letter, which conveys a sense of professionalism which is important to their ICP. They were able to do this very easily through the Scribeless platform, recreating a letter head by introducing date fields, title fields, and signatures within the produced letter.
Included flyer collateral
As this was the only real chance they had of getting content in the hands of headteachers, they wanted to include an informational flyer alongside the handwritten letter. Because of our advanced printing facilities, we were able to very easily produce these for them and include within each envelope, whilst still meeting our one working day SLA.
Analysis and summary
