A lot of our clients would prefer their recipients to think that they hand wrote them a holiday card, and would prefer to keep us as a trade secret. Some are so happy to have found us, that they let us put it on our website!
When is the cut off date?
The cut off date depends on how many you want to send, and when you want them to arrive. We recommend ordering before Friday the 9th of December to ensure cards will arrive before Christmas. For large campaigns, please speak to the team for a lead time estimation.
Can I see a sample?
Absolutely - you can request a sample through the live chat in the corner, or write your own example card using our platform.
Where can I send to?
We have facilities in the US, UK and Canada where we can use domestic stamps, but can send outside of these countries with international stamps. Stamps are charged at standard rates.
Do you do folded cards and flat cards?
We offer both folded cards and flat cards. The minimum order for folded cards is 100 cards.
How many words can I use?
Normally 60 - 80 words, depending on the handwriting style and stationery size. You can test if your message will fit on our platform.
Do you offer discounts for charity?
We’re happy to discuss pricing for registered charities. If you have a project in mind, please get in touch to discuss with our team.
Can I send different cards to different people?
We recommend using one card design for all of your recipients to get the best price. If you need to send different card designs you can process them as a separate order.
Can I use my own design?
We offer a wide range of premade designs, or you can upload your own using our platform.
Can I use my own stationery?
Normally we don't allow you to use your own stationery, because we’ve tested lots of materials and optimized our handwriting algorithms for our own luxurious stock. You can customize the card with your own design and brand elements.
