Your Free Samples

When you sign up for a Scribeless account, you have the option to request a free sample from our website, scribeless.co. This is the best way to see in the flesh how realistic our notes look! Here are all the questions you may have about the sample you've ordered:

How long will it take my sample to arrive?

After a sample is requested, it will be printed within 24 hours, and shipped First Class soon afterwards. The exact arrival time varies based on your location, but here are some rough estimates of the time it will take your sample to arrive:

  • US (NY state) ....................... 3 days
  • Rest of US ............................ 5 - 7 days
  • Canada ................................. 5 days
  • UK .......................................... 2 - 3 days
  • Europe .................................. 5 - 7 days
  • Rest of World ........................7 - 10 days

My sample hasn't arrived when it should have. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear this! Sometimes, things out of our control might mean that the sample takes a little longer to reach you than usual.

If your sample hasn't arrived within 8 working days, contact one of our team to confirm we have the right address for you, and we'll get another one sent out as soon as possible.

Will notes I order have Scribeless branding on, like the sample?

Nope! When you create your own campaign, you can fully customize the branding of your note. We're just giving you an example of what you could do to a note with your own branding. For information on how to customize your note, check out our advice here!

Can you take a picture of my sample and send it to me?

We don't take photos of our samples and send them out. The best way to judge your samples is to see it in person! However, you can see a rendered preview of your note by hovering over the letter icon in your campaign's recipients.

I'm impressed with my sample - how do I get started?

Great news! To get started, you can create a new campaign by clicking the "Create Campaign" button when you log into your account.
