Frequently asked questions

Can I add a custom field to the footer?

Yes, you can add a custom field within the footer. To do that, you'll need to type it into the footer text field. The naming convention for a custom field is "{{{custom 1}}}".

What size does my background image need to be?

Your background image needs to match the size of the card you are uploading to. i.e., 5 x 7 inches needs to be 5 x 7 inches, and A5 needs to be 148.5 x 210 mm.

Why is it telling me that the handwriting doesn't fit on the front side?

The handwriting is generated uniquely for each send. As in, each character, and therefore each word and sentence, has variance, which results in some sends needing an extra line for the text you've typed. If you'd like to learn more about how the handwriting works, you can read our article on it here.
