How to create a campaign
We have a few different options for campaigns, here we'll show you how to create any type of campaign.

When you click 'Create Campaign' in the top left corner of the platform, you'll have the chance to select from the three following campaign types. Direct Mail and Bulk Shipping are options for Direct Mail campaigns, with the third-option for Print Yourself.
We've compiled some step-by-step guides here to ensure you can create your campaigns and get them printing without a hitch!

Creating a Scribeless campaign is easy, but just in case you need a hand, we have some walkthroughs here to show you how to create every type of campaign!
Print yourself - You print the notes in your own facility and add them to your orders.
Direct mail - Scribeless will send notes directly to your customers anywhere in the world.
Bulk shipping - We print your notes, envelopes, or both and send them boxed to one address.
Creating a direct mail campaign
Step 1:
- Give your campaign a name.
- Select 'Direct mail'.
- Click next.
- At this stage you can choose whether you want a return address added to the envelope.
Step 2:
- Choose your stationery size from the drop-down menu.
- Type or paste in your message.
- Customise the note to suit your needs - find out more about how to make the most of customising your notes!
- Click next.
Step 3:
- Schedule when you want your campaign to arrive using the drop-down menu.
- Add your recipient data by pasting in from Excel, Sheets or Numbers.
- By using an Audience you've created previously - find out more about Audiences through an Integration that you've already set up
- Click next.
Step 4:
- Choose your billing method.
- Click create your campaign.
- Sit back and let us take care of the rest!
Creating a bulk shipping campaign
Step 1:
- Give your campaign a name.
- Select 'Bulk shipping'.
- Type in the address details for where you would like your order to be shipped.
- Select either note and envelope, note only, or envelope only.
- Click next.
- At this stage - if you have chosen envelopes - you can decide whether you would like a return address, stamps affixed or whether you would like them to be sealed or unsealed.
Step 2:
- Choose your stationery size from the drop-down menu.
- Type or paste in your message.
- Customise the note to suit your needs.
Step 3:
- Schedule when you want your campaign to arrive using the drop-down menu.
- Add your recipient data by pasting in from Excel, Sheets or Numbers
- By using an Audience you've created previously - find out more about Audience
- If you have chosen envelopes, you will need to add in all address details, if you have chosen note only, all you will need is first names
- Click next
Step 4:
- Choose your billing method
- Click create your campaign

Creating a print yourself campaign
Once you have set up a printer here is how you get up and running with a campaign
Step 1:
- Give your campaign a name
- Select 'Print now' or 'Triggered print'
- Click next
Step 2:
- Choose your stationery size from the drop-down menu
- Type or paste in your message
- Customise the note to suit your needs - find out more about how to make the most of customising your notes!
- For a print yourself campaign, you do not need to use a first name variable field if you don't want to
- Click next
Step 3:
- Add your recipient data by pasting in from Excel, Sheets or Numbers
- By using an Audience you've created previously - find out more about Audiences through an Integration that you've already set up (for a print yourself campaign, this will likely be the option you are looking for)
- Click next
Step 4:
- Choose your billing method
- Click create your campaign
- Start printing!
