Campaign Statuses

here are a number of different statuses that can be attributed to your campaign but not to worry, here's what they mean!

Once you finish creating your Scribeless campaign, you may see one of these statuses associated with your campaign. Here is the full list of campaign statuses and what they mean:


Active - your campaign is ready to go and will be sent to print with our next batch!

Note: You can always add new recipients to your campaign whenever the status displays active. Even though a campaign ma

Pending - Your campaign is next-in-line to be generated by our AI technology.

AI Writing - Our clever AI is generating your notes, and your previews will be ready shortly!

In Progress - Your notes are being generated, or your notes are being printed.

Shipped - Your campaign has been printed and it's currently with the postal services.


Error / Quality Control - Something isn't quite right, but don't panic! You don't need to do anything unless one of our team contacts you. If your campaign is in error, make sure you keep an eye out for an email from us incase we need anything from you!



If you see one of the following statuses appear on one of your campaigns, you will need to take some steps to finalise the campaign and make sure it gets sent out. Here’s how:


Waiting for Card - This means you need to add a payment method to your account for your campaigns to be processed. You can do this by going to the Billing tab in your account, and adding a new Saved Card. You can also choose to set up a subscription and pay for your usage each month, or you can stick to our Pay as You Go Plan and get billed for each campaign once it has been sent!. Once a payment method is set up, you will be ready to go. Find out more here!


Waiting for Printer Setup - For On-Demand customers, this message is pretty straightforward. It just means we are waiting for your printer to be set up, once this is done, you can get printing! If the status remains the same after your printer set up, get in touch with the team and we can help!


Waiting for Recipients - You may see this message if no recipients have been added to your campaign from your integration. Once your integration sends us a recipient, this message should change.
