A few tips for managing your account!

You can view your account settings by logging into your account and clicking the Settings menu in the left sidebar.

How do I transfer my account to a different email address?

We take special requests to do that. You can get in touch with someone from the support team to set this process into motion.

How do I change my account password?

If you know your current password but want to change it, you can do this by logging into your account and going to Settings, under the Account section of the sidebar.

If you don't know your current password, reach out to our support team. You may have to answer some questions confirming your identity before we can do this for you. You'll receive a reset link once your identity is verified.

How do I delete my account?

There is no automatic button to delete your account - get in touch with our support team if you want them to completely delete your account.
